Tea Drinking is an important ritual for us at Bija. Whether we share a pot together or in the comfort of our homes. We especially enjoy the benefits of particular herbs. Chat & Chai Tea circles along with our sister circles are in honorific memory of our founder’s grandmother, hosted in-person and online to welcome new members & boost community spirit. In-person this is usually paired with a healthy treat such as a vegan bite, cake or other dessert.

Some of circles are Postnatally focused for mothers with newborns to toddlers (0-4yrs)
Once a week for 3 months 12 sessions
Once a fortnight for 4 months 8 sessions
As practices are accumulative, a commitment to a least 4 sessions is required to be booked in advance. Depending on the time of the year, classes take place in-person and or online via Zoom

Nuturing the Nurturers
with the notion that we simply cannot "pour from an empty cup", Bija Carers Circle will comprise of breath centered guided deep rest and relaxation along with some really slow gentle movement.
30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can be akin to 3 hours of sleep therefore is very restorative and rejuvenating. All levels are welcome. As practices are accumulative, a commitment to a least 4 sessions is required to be booked in advance.

Each month explores variations on a theme involving aspects of mind, body and spirit.
Moving forward we will explore a wide range of topics, relevant to the lives we live and the experiences we have, exploring our wellbeing, relationships, finances, careers and more.
