Bija hosts a sacred space welcoming a group of ladies of a range of ages interested in sharing, exploration and advancing consciousness.

There will be a chance to plant seeds of intention, form alliances and grow together

Each on-site evening typically includes a discussion, guided meditation/specialist talk and a meal.

Our online circle typically includes a discussion, guided meditation and chance to connect with other women interested in community via Zoom

Tea

Tea Drinking is an important ritual for us at Bija. Whether we share a pot together or in the comfort of our homes. We especially enjoy the benefits of particular herbs. Chat & Chai Tea circles along with our sister circles are in honorific memory of our founder’s grandmother, hosted in-person and online to welcome new members & boost community spirit. In-person this is usually paired with a healthy treat such as a vegan bite, cake or other dessert.

Motherhood Circle

A mother centric check in to discuss motherhood and receive tips from wellbeing experts on Lactation, Reflexology, Baby/Self Massage, Yoga, Ayurveda, Financial Wellbeing,Getting back to work, Reflexology and more!
Some circles are Postnatally focused for mothers with newborns to toddlers (0-3yrs)
Once a week for 6 weeks
As practices are accumulative, a commitment to a least 4 sessions is required to be booked in advance. Depending on the time of the year, classes take place in-person and or online via Zoom

Carers Circle

Nuturing the Nurturers with the notion that we simply cannot "pour from an empty cup", Bija Carers Circle will comprise of breath centered guided deep rest and relaxation along with some really slow gentle movement. 
30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can be akin to 3 hours of sleep therefore is very restorative and rejuvenating. All levels are welcome. As practices are accumulative, a commitment to a least 4 sessions is required to be booked in advance.

Moving forward we will explore a wide range of topics, relevant to the lives we live and the experiences we have, exploring our wellbeing, relationships, finances, careers and more.
